Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Customer

We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy for cancellations is as follows:

  • More than 48 hours before the slot: 90% refund of the booking amount.
  • 24 to 48 hours before the slot: 50% refund of the booking amount.
  • Less than 24 hours before the slot: No refund will be provided.

2. Rescheduling

Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours before the original slot. A small rescheduling fee may apply.

3. Cancellation by FeelMe Town

In the rare event that we have to cancel your booking due to technical issues or unforeseen circumstances, a 100% refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment source (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, etc.) within 7-10 business days as per standard banking procedures.
