1. Service Delivery

FeelMe Town provides private theater experiences. Being a service-based business, there is no physical shipping of products involved.

2. Digital Confirmation

Upon successful payment and booking, you will receive an instant confirmation via:

• Email confirmation sent to your registered email address.
• WhatsApp/SMS notification with booking details (if applicable).
• A digital ticket/invoice shown on the screen which you can download.

3. Usage of Ticket

The digital confirmation/email acts as your entry ticket. Please present it at our reception desk when you arrive for your scheduled slot.

4. Delivery Timeline

Confirmation is delivered immediately after the transaction is processed. If you do not receive an email within 1 hour, please contact our support team at svstupireburgh@gmail.com.
